The rental fee varies depending on the time of year:
Premium Holidays: $275 - $350/day
(Christmas, New Year's, Carnival: New Year’s & Carnival require minimum stay of 10 days)
High Season: $160 - $195/day
(December 15 - March 15 plus other U.S. Holiday weekends)
Mid Season: $150 - $170/day
(June 10 - September 10)
Low Season: $145 - $160/day
(March 10 - June 10 and September 15 - December 15)
10% discount for stays over 12 days
25% discount for stays over 21 days
